Heaven

I made this sketch when my kitty was dying in the hospital this past winter.  A friend saw it about a month ago and really liked it, so I decided to make a finished version and include it in my collection of postcards.  It’s one of the most meaningful pieces in the book and I can’t stare at it for too long without tearing up.

Hice un pequeño boceto de esta imagen en mi cuaderno cuando estaba mi gatita muriendo en el hospital de veterinaria.  Hace un mes lo vió una amiga y lo admiró, así que decidí hacer una versión termiada e incluirlo en mi colección de postale.  Es una de las obras que significa más para mí y no puedo mirarla mucho tiemmpo sentir ganas de llorar.
